By downloading, installing, accessing or using MoneyKhata, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use MoneyKhata.

MoneyKhata is a personal finance and digital khata application developed and provided by Softcracy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

If you are using MoneyKhata on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have appropriate authority to do so.

Important: Authentication does not necessarily mean that your financial records are automatically synchronized to a cloud account. MoneyKhata is designed around a local-first approach.
MoneyKhata allows you to create and manage your own financial records.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into the application is accurate and complete.
MoneyKhata may calculate balances based on transactions recorded by you.
You should review your records before relying on any calculated balance, report or statement.
MoneyKhata is not a bank, lender, investment platform, accounting firm or financial adviser. The application is intended as a personal money-recording and management tool.
MoneyKhata is designed to store financial records locally on your device by default.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and protecting it from unauthorized access.
If you delete application data, uninstall the application, reset your device or lose your device without having a suitable backup, your locally stored records may be lost.
MoneyKhata may provide encrypted backup and restore functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining any password, recovery information or other credentials required to restore an encrypted backup.
If you lose the credentials required to decrypt a backup, Softcracy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may not be able to recover the contents of that backup.
If you choose to use Google Drive backup, the backup may be uploaded to your Google Drive account in accordance with the applicable MoneyKhata backup functionality.
Your use of Google Drive is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.
MoneyKhata may offer optional AI-powered features such as natural-language financial queries, expense categorization, financial insights, receipt processing or voice-based transaction assistance.
AI-generated responses are provided for convenience and informational purposes.
AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate results.
Do not rely on AI-generated information as professional financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Always verify important financial information against your actual records.
Where AI features are enabled, their availability and processing may depend on third-party AI service providers and the specific feature being used.
MoneyKhata may integrate with third-party services to provide specific functionality.
These services may include authentication providers, cloud storage providers, AI providers, communication applications, operating-system services and other infrastructure providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of those providers.
MoneyKhata is not responsible for the independent policies, availability or practices of third-party services.
You agree not to misuse MoneyKhata or use it in a manner that violates applicable law.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, device issues, operating-system changes, network failures, third-party service outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
MoneyKhata is a record-keeping and money-management tool. It does not provide banking, lending, investment, accounting, taxation or professional financial advice.
You should independently verify important financial, tax, accounting or legal information with an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.
We do not guarantee that the application will prevent financial loss, missed payments, incorrect records or other financial consequences resulting from your use of the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Softcracy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use MoneyKhata.
This may include, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, financial losses, business interruption or reliance on information generated or displayed by the application.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may stop using MoneyKhata at any time and may uninstall the application from your device.
We may suspend or discontinue particular features or the service where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, technical or operational reasons.
If you have stored financial records locally, you should create an appropriate backup before uninstalling or replacing your device.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to MoneyKhata, applicable laws, technologies or our business practices.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of MoneyKhata after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
